Same Portions. Smaller Vessels.

Getting your kids to eat more and gain weight.

This one doesn't seem like rocket science, because it's not.

But it is simple. Splitting up each part of a meal in different bowls makes a meal interesting and different for your picky eater. If each item is put into a small container it seems like less food to the eye. Which in turn, makes it a little less overwhelming to look at a big plate full of food that you're asking your less-than-enthusiastic child to eat.Kids' Feeding Tips for picky eaters

I even use little soy sauce bowls meant for dipping sushi. You'd be surprised at how much fits into one of those little bowls. A perfect portion for your peanut.

Simple as that.
