Policy:

We accept any unused items in their original new condition for returns. You may request a return for your purchase within 45 days of the delivery date. If you feel the item was defective or you were not satisfied with the quality of the item please let us know. 

Returns/Refunds: You will receive an email with the shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item in new condition, $7 will be deducted from your refund total for return shipping. 

Upon receipt of the items, we will inspect the returned item. If the item is in its original condition we will approve the refund. However, if the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the returned item. You will be notified via email once the refund or rejection is made. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for reimbursement.
